今天是三月的最後一天, 很快的2006年已過了四分之一
感覺今天很不像星期五
一點都沒有weekend的感覺
或許明天的到來才會感覺到是週末吧~

Congratulations to TheRob for passing his piano Level 8 certificate of merit. I was reading his evaluation report and he even got the branch honors!! The evaluator wrote down detail comments for each piece performed. TheRob has very good sense of beats and rhythm and the evaluator gave him "excellent" on the rating for his technique! =)



I am so proud of you!!! ^___^ LOVE YOU!!!!!

又是一天經歷神"恩典"的日子!! ( 下)

新的學期又開始了!!!
由於上個quarter過於忙碌+疲勞+緊張+壓力大+睡眠不足
這個學期只拿了一節課, 剛好可以準備五月的一個考試
可是這節課剛好又在禮拜三
為了可以去SOP的WNW, 我都會很努力的去換課
上個quarter我也剛好有課在禮拜三晚上
可是沒換成.....那時的心情真是"想哭"
可是很奇妙的, 星期三的老師每次都"偷懶"讓我們早走
我幾乎都沒有miss掉太多次的WNW
有的時候甚至都還可以跟大家一起禱告呢~

昨天還是乖乖的去上課,發現星期三晚上這節課的老師超級的棒
是一位對未來很有幫助的老師
今天去了學校一趟, 看看是否可以換成星期四晚上上課
不知道老師是誰,也很猶豫怕錯過一位好的老師
沒想到, 今天晚上這個老師也是一樣的棒
加課也成功~真是恩典多多阿今天....

又是一天經歷神"恩典"的日子!! (上)

話說我的車車有一個輪胎常常會慢慢的消氣
常常不知不覺中會突然發現那個輪胎有一點點的扁
所以上次去Firestone修輪胎,而且還花了錢
可是呢~有修跟沒有修一樣
之後那個不乖的漏氣輪胎還是照樣給我漏氣
所以就要去加油站打氣打氣

昨天又覺得輪胎扁了下去
所以今天很聽話的決定去把這件事解決好
早上想了想, 想到Costco對面開了一家叫America's Tire
感謝神的恩典...
這家店的服務品質真的很棒,非常超級有禮貌又有效率
更感恩的是他們提供Free flat tire repair
就這樣,他們免費的幫我找出輪胎的問題還免費幫我修好

感謝神的恩典~

從彩虹下山後, 很多美好的事情發生在我身上....太開心了!!!
收到了很多禮物~ 驚喜不斷...^___^
真是有被恩典圍繞的感覺!!!

更好玩的就是無緣無故的收到一雙鞋子

是在上班的時候, 有一個高中的助教到我們的office
哪知道她問我鞋子的size幾號
我說七號半(對...我腳很大!!)
她就說她有一雙鞋子可以給我
隔天一到辦公室鞋鞋就已經放在我的位置了...
而且是Roxy的, 還蠻可愛的, 我喜歡~
恩典, undeserved favor, is freely given~
感謝神的恩典,感謝這位給我鞋鞋的阿姨!

彩虹

去年的四月, 我參加了彩虹退休會
那是一次深受感動的經歷
也可以說是對我來說改變我生命很大的一個營會
深深體會神豐盛的愛和祂的溫柔謙卑
也在那裡認識了可以成為一輩子好朋友的彩虹姊妹們

一年過去了, 很感謝神讓我這次可以去服事
很奇妙的, 我小小的筆記本裏,在三月的日曆旁有個彩虹的小插圖
剛好這四天的營會又在我考完final的spring break
上班請假更是輕而易舉
從每個禮拜的禱告會, 我知道我一次又一次的在學習
學習禱告的大能和服事的態度

這次山上下了大雪, 雖然很冷很冷
但是整個雪白的景色真的是美到不行
看見每個人看見雪景的時候臉上露出的笑臉和驚嘆
神, 就是這樣奇妙..."祂降雪如羊毛", 整遍營地被雪蓋著...超美的
看到潔白的雪, 真的是感謝神, 因為祂是有恩典慈愛的神
祂為我們在十架上所流的寶血, 洗淨我們一切的不義
"我們的罪雖像硃紅, 必變成雪白; 雖紅如丹顏, 必白如羊毛"

在這四天裏, 我心裏有很多感動
更多的想到"恩典"這兩個字
恩典是白白的給予的
欣然接受的, 就嚐到恩典的滋味
神就是毫無理由的愛著我們
對, 只是因為祂愛我們...

我只有一個禱告, 就是求神使用我成為祂祝福的導管~

很久沒有update我的blog, 親愛的忠實讀者們...不好意思

這一個多禮拜,有很多的事情發生
有超級感動的時刻,感恩的事情,讓我超級高興的事情
當然,也有讓我很煩,很discourage的事情...
這個blog的目的就是跟大家分享我生命中的點點滴滴

星期天到教會的時候,總是會有很喜樂的感覺
因為車子常常多到找不到停車位
但那就表示很多人來到神的殿中敬拜祂
從停車場走到聚會的地方其實有一段距離
喜歡看到不同種族的人紛紛的往聚會的地方走
有爸爸媽媽帶著小孩子到主日學
這種看見神的百姓一起敬拜祂的感覺很棒
感謝神我也是其中的一個
更鼓勵著我要專心服事祂愛祂~

到讚美之泉也是一樣
不管是WNW或是SNR,或是任何的event
都是來自不同地方的弟兄姊妹一起來敬拜讚美祂

參加團契也是一樣
為了更認識神更親近祂而聚在一起
常常帶來喜樂帶來力量

這次,我要上山去服事
是第一次,所以特別興奮...超期待的
請你們為我禱告,也為這次在主裏的聚集代禱...
不管任何地方,只要有神的同在都是美好
所以,不管你在哪裡
我們都能盡心盡性盡意盡力來愛愛我們的神!

Today I drove 104 miles. From Chino Hills to Los Angeles to Tustin and now I am home safely. Thank God for His protection!

Most of you know that I had a final this afternoon. I got lost on the way to school because the 710 freeway was closed due to a car accident. I didn't know the local streets to get to school once I passed 710. I got a little panic because I didn't know where I was and what direction I was heading....and I didn't' want to miss my final.

I prayed to God to give me wisdom and peace, the peace that only He can give. Somehow I realized that I was in LA downtown area. I just kept praying and praying and I know God would lead me. =)

After driving for more than 15 minutes...I found 5 freeway...Praise God!!! I made the right direction!! I still didn't know what direction I was going...heehee

I got to school in time and took my final.
Thank you all for keeping me in your prayers.
I know I belong to God and He sure takes good care of me!!!

早上七點多就起床用功

Last WNW at SOP , Pastor Dennis shared the message titled "The Wisdom of God." Fear God. Ask God. Trust God.
This morning's Sunday service, my dad shared the message titled "How To Make Wise Choices." Don't be a double-minded man. Fear the Lord. Admit your need. Ask God for Wisdom. God's promise.

It's so interesting to listen to the same message from two different places, two different speakers within a week. =)

God is good all the time~ He knows that I really need His wisdom...

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." (Proverb 9:10)

"If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5)

Someone at work is diagnosed with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also called Lou Gehrig's disease which I've never heard it before. It is a progressive neuromuscular disease that weakens and eventually destroys motor neurons (components of the nervous system that connect the brain with the skeletal muscles). Skeletal muscles are involved with voluntary movements, such as walking and talking.

A person with ALS usually presents with problems in dexterity or gait resulting from muscle weakness, or with difficulty speaking or swallowing. Sphincter control, sensory function, intellectual ability, and skin integrity are preserved. Patients become paralyzed and often require ventilation and surgery to provide a new opening in the stomach. Loss of respiratory function is ultimately the cause of death. Approximately 30,000 patients in the United States currently have ALS. The life expectancy of ALS patients is usually 3 to 5 years after diagnosis.

3 to 5 years?!?! That's very shocking to me...But it makes me to reflect my own life. Do I live my life to the fullest?
What would you do if you know you can only live 3 to 5 years??!!

I've been craving for hot pot and lamb shabu shabu these couple days. I saw my mom watching this Chinese TV program showing a famous lamb shabu shabu restaurant in Taiwan. I started to have this craving....haha~
I took my mom to 99 Ranch and bought a lot of foods this afternoon. Golden needle mushrooms, quail eggs, Japanese fishcakes & lamb are the must needed items for me. =)
Watching Oscar and eating hot pot...Life is GOOD~

Now, back to my room and STUDY for my finals!!!!

I got this little book in mail today from my little auntie (Thanks Sharon for mailing it). It's the Chinese version of the book called "Daily Light On The Daily Path." This is a devotional book compiled by the Billy Graham's Crusade. They compiled the similar verses together under certain topics. There are both morning and evening devotional scriptures for each day. ^__^ Pinkybaby, I know you have one already...Keep reading it~ yeh!!!
