phew...Finally tomorrow is FRIDAY!!! Looking forward to this weekend.
This week has been very tough and stressful for me, lots of study and work. I wonder what people would do to lower their stress level??!! For me, I tend to eat more...heehee =)

I am taking three classes this quarter and Thursday class happens to be my favorite one. The professor makes the class very interesting and challenging and I really enjoy in his class. Tonight, he gave us some tips to help us manage our lives. These are the ones I found helpful to me:

Don't get upset or lose your temper when things don't get your way.
Make a list of what's important to you. (3~4 things)
Reward yourself for your hardwork. (What makes you happy?)

Since I studied and worked hard this week, I am going to reward myself for the hardwork I'd done!!!! hahaha ^____^
